Reduced-Rate Counselling

The Reduced-Rate Counselling Program at New Beginnings Counselling provides access to professional counselling at a reduced fee for individuals who may benefit from a lower-cost therapy option. Counselling is provided by a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of professional experience who is currently completing a Master of Social Work (MSW). The program offers the opportunity to receive individualized, client-centred counselling while supporting continued professional development and advanced clinical education.

The counselling approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s individual needs, experiences, and goals. Sessions may support individuals navigating life transitions, stress, relationships, self-esteem, emotional well-being, family concerns, and other challenges affecting their day-to-day lives. The goal of the program is to expand access to professional counselling while maintaining a high standard of care, professionalism, and individualized support.
